Order Cancellation
• Before Shipment: You can cancel your order before it is shipped by contacting our customer support. A full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
• After Shipment: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you may return the item upon receipt for a refund or exchange (subject to our return policy).
Returns and Refunds
